Sooo yeah, today third grade (in polish system you have 8 grades in primary school and in middle school it depends, but from 3 to 5 grades) had a meeting with police officers about driving rules, like no drinking or any substances use. And everything would be alright, but then someone asked a normal question- "If police catches underage person and suspects of drinking alcohol, can they run drinking test without an adult consent?" The response was:

"Yeah, what are we supposed to do? Wait from 2 to 3 hours for parent?"

Actually yes, they do need an adult consent, it's in law. But suddenly they do what they want because they hate teens. I'm not done yet, after that he said:

"We want to control students outiside the school, what they are doing when they are not in school and give the informations to school."

And yeah, it's not legal either. When we signed papers to school, there wasn't a word about it. School cannot inspect us outside school. Like in park, mall or anywhere. Imagine you're getting caught on crossing the street in wrong place on weekend, and then on Monday you got problems at school, like taking points away or smth...I know it sounds probably stupid but imagine lmfao. They are making laws they don't even follow :P
