no hate to the basics but oh my goodness do you ever get tired of liking something because its trending can you not follow your own path? it annoys me so much. I'll start getting into an artist right and then like a month later my artist is blowing up because some tiktoker used her song so now everyone is like "omg she used this song so I have to" Like what? the same thing happened with that girl and skinny jeans she wore them and everyone was like "Guys skinny jeans are back because __ wore them so their trending" I'm sorry but be fucking original your sheep. 

I have a friend who's only into trending things, and I honestly don’t get it. Anyway, I’ve loved Billie Eilish for five years, and her new album dropped (hit me hard and soft). It’s blowing up, and of course, my friend is suddenly obsessed with it. After she gave me dirty looks when I mentioned Billie, now she's acting like her "biggest fan." Girl, please.
