STUCK IN NOWHEREVILLE U$A

You ever feel like you're just... stuck? Like no matter what you do, you're trapped in the same boring cycle, the same crappy town, with the same people who don’t get you? That’s basically my life in a nutshell. Wake up, drag myself to school, pretend to care, come home, and repeat. Sometimes I think the only real escape I have is my music and my board.

Skating around town at night, listening to Boulevard of Broken Dreams, kinda makes it feel like I’m in a music video or something. Just me, the empty streets, and a whole lot of thoughts I don’t really know what to do with. I keep thinking that someday I’ll get out of here and do something big, but right now, it’s just me killing time in the only ways I know how—sneaking drinks when my parents aren’t around and blasting Green Day until I can’t think straight.

I don’t really know what I want out of life, but I know it’s not this. Not homework, not stupid school dances, not hearing the same people talk about the same pointless stuff every day. I want something that actually matters. Maybe that’s music, maybe it’s getting out of here and starting fresh somewhere else. I don’t know. But for now, I guess I’ll just keep rolling through this town and waiting for my chance to leave it all behind.

Until then, I’ll be here—skating, listening, and trying to figure it all out.
