so i'm trying to have a better sense of self and just, like, do my own thing? it's been going good so far! i just do my own thing at college, i eat a lot of fruit (i think that i might try a fruitarian diet) and i get a lot of sleep and make time for myself to read and relax when i wake up. i'll put my phone on airplane mode so that i don't get calls from a certain someone at, like, eleven pm... discipline at it's finest.
