mainstream POP garbage

so...you know, the stuff that’s pumped into your ears through every radio station, every playlist, and every commercial. It’s like the musical equivalent of fast food. It's quick, it’s cheap, and it might hit the spot for a moment, but it's gone in an instant, leaving you feeling empty and unsatisfied. And don’t even get me started on how it’s designed to be as catchy as possible, so it worms its way into your brain, but never actually leaves you with anything of substance.

I don't understand why do u call them artists if all they do is hire few people to make everything for them so they can publish it and earn off of it, peak capitalism.

how are u creating art when you're hiring a crew that has specific tasks and they do everything.

And yet, somehow, it’s everywhere. It’s on the charts, it’s on your social media feeds, it’s on every playlist curated for you by algorithms that know exactly what will keep you mindlessly listening. It’s as if the music industry is trying to convince you that this hollow, generic sound is all you need. But here’s the thing: it’s not.

don't even get me started on the lyrics lmao, the same stuff passed around between artist they (their crew) only changes beats and style, it's all like a bubble, shiny and full of promises but ultimately hollow.

And while the world keeps shoveling it down our throats, don’t forget that there’s so much more out there if you’re willing to look beyond the surface.
