today and a mini TSH rant

before I start, I just want to say this blog entry feature is so exciting and spacehey will be sick of me using this feature in the future!! I journal irl, so this might just become my online journal except public but also like...not really because it isn't as public as mainstream social media and I don't find myself feeling nervous to hit post, and do so authentically on here but I digress :P

anyway I'd just like to talk about today ^^ I did chores for my grandparents and earned money which I immediately splurged at Barnes and Noble and Daiso hours later. 

I have many fat books to read after I finish The Secret History, one of them being Anna Karenina (its thickness reminds me of TBK by Dostoyevsky which I'm so intimidated by) and my grandma actually bought Anna Karenina for me at a Goodwill that we stopped at on the way to Daiso (she was telling me about how goodwill is a great place to find books, so we made a pit stop to search, and low and behold...$2.99!) she also said she's read it many times and watched the movie, both she adored so yay! althoughhh it will be a while until I dive into the book I am excited just by having it plus the encouragement by my grandma to do so

so far I've read 3 books fully this year, I can't wait to add onto that amount soon. currently, reading TSH is making me apprehensive and I think I'm in love with Henry. besides that, I also love the book so far. to everyone labeling it as pretentious...I think they're wrong, and only see the main characters as that. i can see how...but it is so easy to see past that and how enthralling, entertaining, and interesting they are...the book (so far) as well. 

okay, I think that's it, Grammarly is killing me with the red underlines and I've given up on correcting much, toodles
