Starting a band....? Help me

Hiii does anyone have any suggestions for starting a band? I just moved to a new location and am struggling to meet people that would be interested. I am getting a little sad lol. The few people I have tried to reach out to either don't know how to play any instruments or are too busy to commit to it. 

I have a recording space, any equipment anyone could possibly need, etc. but I do not know how to reach out to people when idk hardly anyone in the area yet :[ Are there any platforms anyone suggests for this purpose? I joined a facebook group called musicians seeking other musicians in my area but they're all like 40+ years old and I am looking for people 20-25ish... please help meeeeeee
