UGH vent cos this is my online diary and I wanna
so I made my bf upset because of my own personal jealousy issues and I got upset at him for smith dumb and this man is a literal sweet heart he wouldnt do that stuff (I hope.) so I slept it off and when I woke up we had a conversation about it and it made him upset, and we eventually resolved it like always but I saw tht he was still hurt because I taught him to write down his feelings when he was upset and I saw him writing. I knew it was about us and the situation and I just feel bad still he's better now he got it out and smoked a little but I'm still js upset (AT MYSELF) for even making this argument a thing. boo boo tomato tomato .

Don't worry about him writing about it, you can absolutely have resolved the issue but emotions can still linger and him writing them down is for himself. It simply isn't about you and your feelings for him to vent to a personal journal. With jealousy issues it helps to remember that you and your partner are a team and that you have to trust him to handle things. Women and men of all attractiveness could throw themselves at his feet but loyal people do not cheat. Cheaters cheat and cheaters cheat for any reason under the sun, you simply have to trust him unless you have genuine honest reasons to suspect something.

Of course! I know trust is scary and it is hard to earn easy to lose, but if you can't trust your partner who can you trust yknow? Communication is hugely important and even if it's something you know might be irrational but is eating you, talk about it, acknowledge it's potentially irrational brain anxiety, but trust and communication are the foundation of a relationship.
