I love breakfast so muchhhh so i'm gonna give you what i'm usually eat <3
-Homemade smoothie (125g sugar-free yogurt and 100ml of milk, one banana)
-One small bowl of cereal (around 30g of cereals with milk)
If i don't wanna eat sweet i can also fry two eggs in some butter with toast, with a yogurt and milk :) Could also add some bacon too if i ever got some-

I love me some cereal, but it usually makes my stomach ache after having it more than a day in a row, so I just go for eggs with toast OR oatmeal.
