I personally import this 88x31 base stamp into Krita, design my button on a new layer on top of the base (if multiple layers, group all the layers I designed on afterwards), then set the group/layer to Easy Burn.
There's many different ways to make your own blinkies/stamps from scratch, but most are just modifying a base in an art/animation program. If you'd like to make animated blinkies, I used GraphicsGale for it before and it worked pretty well. Outdated software though, lol.
Thank you ^_^ and the size will be the same as a normal stamp right, i dont know how to change the sizing and stuff if i did id make my own stamps too

Dang, I realized I kind of sent you more of a button than a STAMP stamp, I use those words interchangeably, lol. I personally can't find many button/stamp bases, so I just make my own quickly. You can take this stamp base I just made, 99x57.
As for the sizing, I think some stamps vary in sizing, but you can change the width of an img by adding the width attribute.
