hi so uhhhhmmmm this has been bothering me 4 a while now, i'm just wondering how 2 cure my misophonia because it is a huge burden on my lyf, like its destroyed how i behave socially.
my mum suggests i try 2 get used 2 the sounds but thats how it got more severe, i started out with a fairly low tolerance to trigger sounds and trying 2get used 2 it is what worsened it so im so confused. i literally went from getting a bit annoyed to screaming, crying and rocking myself its literally so awkward
drowning out the sounds with music is very helpful but its getting a bit awkward with family and stuff plus there r also situations where i cant bring my headphones so i rlly need 2 know how 2 cure it and this would b especially helpful if u were or r misophonic. thx.
