how did everyone find out about this site? im curious
a friend recommended it to me a few weeks ago and thats how i found out. on youtube i saw randy moon make a video about the death of profile customization and it mentioned this site here
very happy i found this place! wish all sites were like this

i discovered it & joined in like 2022. i don't remember how. but i do remember i took a hiatus so long i forgot it existed, and then rejoined/edited my profile finally because 1) it seemed more active and 2) i wanted to post my art n stuff somewhere that wasn't owned by meta
yes i definitely think more people should be looking for alternatives to meta! fuck meta

I was on one of the older myspace reboots a few years ago (I think around 2020?) and had a lot of fun, but it ended up getting deleted for what I believe were intellectual property reasons. Eventually I remembered myspace reboots were a thing again so I went searching for the new version, and I found this :)

I believe I found it when I found a website that had like Windows 96 or something similar and it had early 2000s applications such as flappy bird and minesweeper and it had SpaceHey because they couldn't have MySpace of course, it was a super random discovery and I haven't been on this account for over a year and I logged back on to start using it again after I saw a video about MySpace and thought I should check up on this again.

I think i found out about it from a youtube channel called reject convince. I don't quite remember though. It's a pretty cool youtube channel that made me think more about how I interact with social media more.

I think I saw it on either twitter or tiktok MONTHS ago, completely forgot about and with the death of tiktok coming in a couple of days I wanted a change of social media. Can't bring myself to use another phone social media platform. Plus this website feels super nostalgic and in it's own world unlike other apps like snapchat, twitter, tiktok, etc. I would definitely like to see this website be easier to manage on phones in the future though! >.<
i totally agree! i hope we get more updates for mobile, i have high hopes
