So, finally had my first day at physical therapy. I did lots of exercises and stuff. I had to sit on this silly bicycle thing with a timer for about 7 minutes; it sure hurt my knees and ass after a while, but I'm pretty sure it's meant for my legs/knees. Then, I went over to this bench and had to hold my arm straight up as high as I could, and pull a weight near my shoulder, then breathe in and out. I had to do that for about 4/5 minutes.
Went onto a stretch that I do at home after that, standing by a wall with one leg on a piece of wood, and another on the floor. I had to hold my arm on the wall, lift it as high as I could, breath in and out, then lower it. After that, I went onto a bed - I did about three different things on that. I had to hold my knee up to my shoulder for 10 seconds, then I had to lift a 4-pound weight straight-up for 7 seconds. All of these ends up hurting after a while.
I had my brother there with me the whole time, kind of just spectating and being my entertainment while I was suffering for about 40 minutes, lol. My dad told me he might cut my schedule down to only one day a week since it costs him about 100 dollars to have me go twice a week. But hey, I wouldn't be complaining. This stuff leaves me real sore.
Anyway! Physical therapy sure is painful! But it'll help me out in the long run - at least I hope it will. Yippee!

Physical therapy! Huzzah!
