what hair bleach is the best for white white hair?!?!?

i feel like a post too kuch at a time buttttt i havr a split dye (hot pink + cyan) and im trying to get ny cyan side to be more bright but it turns out green and stuffs so i need advice on how to make it supa brighrt( ´Д`)ノ
