Uh tired

Dawg I'm so tired of everyone in my school,they make fun of me if give me weird looks and I've barely been to school this quarter because of this,is there any advice I could get for migraines or headaches cuz I have these a lot and I've been to a lot of doctors about this but they say I'm sick and just say to take Tylenol but that barely works soooo uh yeah
