Nature Prayer - poem

As I rove out at dawn

Over hill and bramble

Across the verdant lawn

To forests edge I ramble

The cool breeze that kisses my skin

As blooming roses scent the air

I know in this moment goodness wins

And I go on without a care

Nature how it heals me

Eternal anchor for my soul

Open my eyes and make me see

That ages ever on they roll

And though the tempest clashes

And how hopeless I may feel

The that flower that blooms amidst turmoil

And gives me the aura to heal

Needs only the blessed soil

As I clamber I am grateful

Standing in the unbound Temple

Sacred Nature Ever Faithful

May my Understanding always be This Simple
