Bro idk I’m tweaking why am I missing my ex that I broke up with 1 year ago we was together for 1 year and 5 months and we broke up June of 2023, I moved on and have a new bf but he just randomly pops up in my head and I don’t understand why and don’t know how to get over the situation I’m over him ofc I don’t want him back but I can’t hate him and I want to, god do I want to hate him, I don’t know how to explain it, my bf knows I still think about him and I feel guilty cuz I don’t know how to stop yk? Any advice please 😔
