Hii guys, first blog entry omgg!! (˶˃ ᵕ ˂˶) °❀⋆.ೃ࿔*:・
So, I’ve been in the studio for the past two days—like, literally didn’t even go home. I slept on the studio couch overnight because, honestly? I kinda like it. It’s cozy, and there are blinds on the window that help me have a good sleep. This isn’t the first time I’ve done this, and it probably won’t be the last I think.
I was working with Tobi and Johannes on this really cute song. It’s a little slower than my usual stuff—definitely more on the radio pop side, but still on the hihi haha spectrum. There’s something kind of French about it too. I am always so excited when a song get's to this almost finished level. Best feeling in the world!!!
The song is about me getting into a taxi, wanting to drive away from my problems. But no matter how far I want to go, the taxi driver keeps making wrong turns and, somehow, always brings me back to those same problems. The instrumental and the writing kind of give nightcore. My fav. genre right now (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶) if u have any song recommendations pls let me know!!
Oh! Also today, I met up with Demian to plan the upcoming live shows. I really want them to be great this time around because so far, my shows have been more freestyle and go-with-the-flow. This time? We’re leveling up guys.
Speaking of all this, I saw a video the other day that talked about the state between routine and anxiety about new stuff, and how putting yourself into uncomfortable positions over and over eventually makes them normal. The video called it a way to discover new things to conquer—and honestly, that clicked for me. It feels like maybe there’s magic in that in-between space, even if it’s exhausting. Maybe creativity kind of lives there?
What do you think? Do you feel like pushing yourself out of your comfort zone really does spark something magical, or does it just drain you? Curious to know your thoughts!
xoxo

I love the way you write, I do think to a degree that you're right, there's definitely a sweet spot outside the comfort zone that can really feel kind of euphoric. I'll definitely be giving your music a listen later!

Personally, I don't always have the courage to push myself outside of my comfort zone, but I think when someone does, it’s a very powerful and beautiful thing. It can be exhausting at times, but it also has the potential to unlock something truly special in a person.
totally get it. It can be so hard to push yourself out of your comfort zone (⸝⸝๑﹏๑⸝⸝) especially when it feels overwhelming or scary. But I think you’re spot on—when we do find that courage (even in tiny steps), it can unlock sides of us we didn’t even know were there <33

reading this before bed currently and it lowkey feels like I'm chatting with a friend and it's so cozy 💓 very excited about the new music, i generally like more jumpy things like sweat but I'm sure the new song will be very nice and personal as well, I'm really liking the concept so far the way you described it and I'm excited for the release ah ! also,, new shows !! god yes I've been asking for this for mooonths, hope i get to see you soon again cuz u slay up there ehe, it's just a whole different vibe when you're live and it feels very nice. stepping out of your comfort zone... I generally don't do it a lot, or well, when I do do it I find myself crawling back inside mid-thing because I've gotten too uncomfy. I think it can be good sometimes if you're a little daring, because there's a chance you'll get to find out something new about yourself. maybe it's worth a try sometimes^^'
THANK U so much for saying that—hearing you enjoy the live shows means the WORLD to me because, honestly, performing live can be so nerve-wracking sometimes. (∩˃o˂∩) Knowing it feels like a vibe and connects with you makes it all so worth it. ♡
