I HATE RESELLERS

As the title sugests I hate resellers with a burning passion. Now don't confuse me having resellers with me hating people who find things at thrift stores and restore them/make them into something new. I don't mind those people at all. The people I hate are the ones who pick up a $2 stained ripped t-shirt at goodwill that's from 2005 and sell it for $35 on depop because its "Vintage". "You don't have to buy from them so why do you care?" Thank you for that wonderful question, for some reason most of the sellers I find on depop decide that they also want to have outrageous prices so now its just infected with resellers who are overinflating the price of clothes just because its "vintage".

On top of that thrift stores see this and they decide to raise their prices so now a shirt from shein is like $10????? What the actual hell. It feels like nothing is accessible anymore. Fabric is expensive too so don't tell me to sew my own clothes. I still do sew my own clothes a lot but somehow its also become super expensive. Thrift stores are expensive. Fast fashion is bad for so many reasons. Regular stores are expensive as fuck.

I love and hate living in a big city because on one hand there are a lot of gems when it comes to thrift stores but on the other hand its a big city so all anyone thinks about is money which means while there are those gems and it just takes a long time searching for them 9 times out of 10 you're going to find a thrift store that's more like an antique store because of their prices.
