jealous of my dreams

i had a dream i was on the beach.

not too hot and not too cold i was just laying on the warm sand looking up at the sky and the clouds, it was so beautiful. it felt like out of a movie hearing kids laugh in the water, i was at peace with myself as the water slowly reached my legs soaking my dress. even the temperature of the water was perfect. i woke up feeling all the coldness in my room return to my body, i missed that beach instantly. missing how it felt like a warm embrace from a lover.
