HELP WITH BANNER AND FOOTER PLEASE

Okay soooooo this stupid idiot (me :3) is trying to make a layout even tho he just joined spacehey a few days ago

and this stupid idiot cant figure out how to make a footer and banner!!! :/ (like the pillz that are on the top and bottom of my profile, not the background) he cant figure out how to make a footer and banner cuz all the codes he put in with the image dont work :((
