Streaming and Subscriptions are stupid

They suck.

Why spend so much money per month on Netflix, Disney, ... other streaming services?

Oh you like that one tv show? To bad, we'll remove it mid season.

With dvd's that won't happen. You can watch it at your own pace, with or withour an internet connection and nobody can take it away from you (unless you break the disc). It's yours. Yours alone. And also cheaper by a lot. Buying it used maybe costs you like 3 Euro. 

And even if you want to watch that one show on netflix. Why pay for all of them at the same time? Pay for one, watch that show, while screen recording it and then burning it onto a disk. And then if you ain't watching anything else cancel and move to the next.

Music streaming? Nah man, you can't tell me you actually pay for spotify or youtube, when you can literally download the song onto an mp3 player for free.

I mean ya ain't owning shit on Netflix in the first place, so why pay for it? A disc you at least own.
