Special Containment Procedures:

Its body is constructed from a combination of unknown alloys and materials with self-healing properties, which appear resistant to standard military-grade weaponry.

The entity's head-like structure contains a glowing tetrahedron that acts as both its visual and processing core. This core emits a pulsing light and generates a low-frequency hum, theorized to be a form of communication or data processing. SCP-1738 is capable of autonomous motion and displays signs of advanced AI intelligence, including problem-solving, communication, and adaptability.

Abilities:

1. Digital Manipulation: SCP-1738 can interface with nearby digital systems within a 50-meter radius. It can override and control any unsecured electronic device, using them for surveillance or as extensions of its own abilities.
