layout is hard, any tips?

ive taken a web design class and have even made a blog from scratch so i do hav some background with HTML and CSS so it shouldnt be too hard but ahhh!! pfp layout soon to come, itll probably be life is strange, the last of us, and adrienne lenker coded. pls give me tips if you have some!! (ᴗ_ ᴗ。)
