love using this laptop honestly. has one of the best keyboards I've ever used on a laptop, and everything about it seems just... right. almost 20 years old but it works as good as if it was new!
can even play some games on it (not very demanding though, 2005-2006 is the sweet spot of games it can run smoothly) even though the GeForce 7300 is pretty meh
bought a SSD for it and it feels like a 10 years newer laptop. can even handle 720p playback just fine (considering the screen resolution is 1280x800, you don't miss detail at all :P)
the only bad thing is that the battery is dead, buut... if it works even tho it has to be plugged in, I'm happy :)

Btw nice laptop, and dude, 1.5GB of vram? wow that's A LOT.
Writing this on my core2 quad system running manjaro (I also have a HDD with Vista installed but ngl this runs waaaay faster)

Nooo, it's not my HP. It's a custom tower build. Actually I'm writing on it rn >3.
It's a q9300 clocked up to 2.8 ghz. Omg I gotta show you the liquid cooling system I just bought this last week. Maybe It could handle more than 3/3.5 ghz speeds without burning itself (please)
