MY PROFILE PICTURE WONT LOAD.

i dont know what i' m doing wrong :c my profile picture wont load on PC!?!? it' ll load on my phone but when I look at my profile on my PC it never loads.... AND ITS SO FRUSTRATING!!!! any tips would be deeply appreciated cus I cannot figure it out
