Minecraft isn't what it used to be

I've had the need to rant about this for a while so I'm going to do it here. I don't think its the fact that games generally just don't feel the way they used to but oh my god Minecraft changed so much. Ever since the cliffs and caves update it's gotten so complex and honestly kind of boring. There's so much to keep track of, and so many different complicated mobs, its just tiring. I think Minecraft reached it's peak in 1.16 (even though I absolutely despise hoglins T_T).
Anyway bring old school gaming feelings back or else I'm going to explode :P
