Got told by my mom that I would go to mental hospital because I said that I hate when they or anyone spends their money on me.

I just feel bad when someone buys me things n I don't/can't always wear them.

"Why when asked you said that your rating abt urself is 4? It's far from at least 7" thats what my school psychologist said, but like fym that I'm suppose to not stress if I litearly can't do or say anything that's true or my opinion???
