Nails. Always the damn nails.

I don't know how I keep doing this but my nails keep breaking? I used to have pretty long nails but recently while filing them down one of them broke at an awkward length and I had to shorten them all. I used nail clippers, made them even n all but I decided to round them up, obviously I've done that like, a million times?? But I obviously fucked something up so bad that my nails keep on breaking?? but not really breaking more like keep on getting nicked and getting little cracks? I get that they might be brittle due to the excise stress or smth but dude. Its so annoying, of all the things in life that could be happening my nails keep getting caught on my hair and give themselves bloody paper cuts!  (also if anyone knows how to fix it please speak up the people need you.)
