how does one find themselves?

i’ve recently had to go no contact with someone i truly adore. it fucking sucks i’ll be honest. but now i just don’t know what to do with myself, my life. i don’t know where to even start on achieving my goals.

i feel like im at a constant stand still and that’s not what i want at all. we only have a finite time on this earth and i really don’t want to waste what time i do have.
