you know what's really starting to piss me off? why are people acting as if Mindless Self Indulgence was NEVER problematic until now. They compared themselves to Beethoven, literally claimed in multiple songs that being problematic causes fame. They wanted fame, that's the whole thing. people listened to them when they claimed all this, so why once they do something worse its like the biggest crime in the world to listen to them? i wish people would be less dramatic its obnoxious. they make good music, problematic or not. same with mccafferty and many other bands. please dni if you're gonna hate on problematic bands when you're uneducated

"this band has always been problematic" doesnt mean its somehow less bad to support them. nasty ass jimmy urine and his nasty ass wife are both racist pedos, like... idc honestly if you like their music but dont whine when people want to stay away from you bc of it bc their music is full of their racism etc. its just as dumb for all of you "problematic" artist fans to whine about people whining about "problematic" artists. look at all the whining going on. like whatever artist/band you want but accept that some people are going to side-eye you for it. it isnt the end of the world
i'm aware, i mean people that like their music but then get pissed off once they 'found out' that they are bad people like it wasn't obvious from the getgo. that's what i was implying, sorry if it came off wrong. i understand some people have always known and will side eye and talk shit, i don't mind because i understand. i just mean those that switch up because they're too stupid to realize it the whole time.
