"Autism is a superpower" movie idea

I've been thinking about this for a while and I wanted to get it out there.

A movie pitch. The basic idea:

A guy joins a group of superheros; they can fly, teleport, rewind time, etc. New guy? He's autistic. That's it. Just think about it:

"Hey guys, this is Daniel, he's joining us for a while. Uhhhh, he's like super in to the history of the black death for some reason... and he doesn't like phone calls, so text him if you need anything. Oh! Also he DESPISES the feeling of tight clothing so make sure you don't make his superhero outfit too tight, he will cry."

Like dude, that'd be so funny.

I also want to make it clear, this would not be made to mock autistic people (I am autistic), it would more so be mocking the phrase "autism is a superpower", as that phrase ignores the fact that autism is a DISABILITY. This being discarded allows people to forget that autism disables you, and that (in my experience, with friends and family) has made autistics feel guilty about being disabled by their autism because its downplayed so much.

And so, on top of being funny, the movie would also have some scenes that show an accurate, more detailed representation of autism, diving in further than "haha special interests and stimming!". It could show the anxiety that comes with autism, the burn out, the judgement, etc.

Idk, maybe this is dumb, it sounded cooler in my head.

Would be more fitting if it was a poorly drawn comic series from the mid 00's
