He wont stop coming back

First time blogging so sorry if its ew. But like my ex just wont leave, we broke a year ago cause he cheated on me with a friend of mine and even after that I tried to stay friends with him but that didnt work so I just left him alone. I ended up dropping out and completely cut off all mutual friends between us and 2 months after that he gets his friends to start harassing me??? Like lowkey that's just weird but I just ignored it. Now he's given out my mums number to his friends?? Like wtf, why are you dragging my mum into it? I left him alone, I cut off every mutual friend. What does he want??? For context he cheated on me 'because I was too depressed'. My uncle died.
