oops

Yesterday ended with a really bad depressive episode :'3 I dont wanna talk about what triggered it tbh but yeahh uh ...idk I also had another nightmare again :"> ive been having them so often lately aaa its nice I've been talking to my bsf again we've been talking alot about a shared specail interest!!!! Them and their partner are cool im scared im not cool enough for them a, my head hurts a lil -3-" also I have a soda but I need a bottle opener to open it and I dont....have one...mm..ill find a way >:'3
