with this piece of information you will get to know me a little bit better
-MY COOKING IS SUPERB- (during the pandemic when my dad had covid I was trusted with kitchen duty while he stayed in the basement and my mom had to work outside. I ended up burning half of the rice while the other half was undercooked and moist I trew the part that looked good in a new pan but it still had a very strong burnt taste. I say the chiken in the oven from the night before and used a spoon to get the sauce with a liquid that was sitting there to make the rice taste like something. I used a bowl to shape it like they do in restaurants and gave it to my dad...
he really liked it...
