Needing clothing brand help -- Any similar to Affliction?

I've been struggling recently to find more clothes similar to Hottopic's Social Collision brand and Affliction. I try thrifting, but where I'm from there's very slim pickings for a guy my size. I'm 5'3 and underweight so I just barely fit in a men's extra small if I'm even lucky enough to find that size, and fit in a kid's 14-16 usually. 

Does anyone have brands similar to what I listed and comes in smaller sizes for men? 

I just got a Hottopic sweatshirt in the mail that I've been looking forward to for weeks, just to find out their "extra small" is closer to a medium, and I'm just so pissed off by it. Really need some new brand recommendations.
