It's incredible how where you are in life impacts the small things
Back when I was living with my parents, cooking felt... okay
like don't get me wrong, I enjoyed making things with my hands and knowing people enjoy it but that was about it, you know?
now I'm here, living with the love of my life and whenever I want (and the mood strikes, lol, I'm still lazy to my core) I make us food and it feels so.much. better.
I'm talking night and day
Now I want to make things that are delicious because I LIVE for her smile and for making her so very happy
Food is love and when my words fail me I get to see her so happy and it's... beyond description
BTW, my girl loves cooking too so I'm not just shoving the cooking responsability on her
If anything, we play tug-of-war at times with the responsability XD
God, I love my life <3

Aaa I get that, I barely ever cooked as teen but now that I'm an adult and more independent it's the best thing ever(*´∀`*)
