JVC Everio GZ-MS120 review

I think it's a good camcorder, especially with its dual SD card slots, but it also sucks.

It gets really grainy in regular room lighting, the still photo quality is worse than my flip phone's camera, it doesn't have a touch screen (instead a touch bar that has a zoom functionality), every setting is burried within the menu (including the light), uses a god awful ".MOD" file format,and the zoom is pretty slow and shakey even with the image stabilizer turned on.

Some of the good things about it is that its easier to sort through clips with the 'event mode' feature, its compact+lightweight (weighing at only 270 grams), and has a pretty decent battery life.
