Why do musicians suck

I've been playing guitar for the last two years and in my hometown there is a lot guitarist drummers and bassist and other its hard to find people to work with either because their aggressive and egotistical or I'll work with them for a while then find out they beat women or have committed SA I only have two people I can work with knowing that they have done nothing idk if this is just a local issue in my area or an overall issue
