Well... ok, I don't know what you're wanting to improve on so I'm thinking about what I try to improve in my drawings.

[Anatomy]
Quite good, the arm on the hip in the last image is too long compared to the other but that's it. I'm assuming everything else (like the faces) are just personal style

[Dynamic poses]
Also quite good, not the most dynamic of poses, but they all feel very natural/fit the vibe of the drawing

[Color]
I'm dogshit at coloring and shading so I look at this and I'm like damn, good job, I love it, big fan of the bright colors in the first drawing. But now that I think about it, you lack contrast color-wise in all of your drawings and that's something I personally love.
The second photo is meant to be very red so that one gets a pass, but the rest don't really use complimentary colors at all.
The purple of the oozing hair blends into the clothes and the background too much, complimentary colors would make the glowing green pop more, be more jarring, evoke more of that emotion.
I think the third attempts it by giving her pink eyes and a matching streak of hair in her bangs, but it doesn't really drawing the eye to the face quite as much as it feels like it's meant to. I think there needs to be subtle hints of that color that lead up to the face and then those colors near the face need to be brighter, a different saturation than the rest of the drawing.
I feel as though the last is meant to look a bit monotone in color, feels like it's meant to reflect tiredness and the colors do that. My heart says the background should be more blue to compliment the orange more, but I'm also just a sucker for blue/orange combos.

[Detail/textures]
May be a stylistic thing, may be an area for growth, I dunno. In the third drawing it looks like she may be wearing metal? But if she is the reflections aren't quite good enough to portray it accurately. Also don't know what material her skirt is meant to be, looks like marble, like the rock, in which case, if that was the goal, good job :) Hair could have more detail, like strands and stuff, it's a bit overly shiny, but if that's a stylistic thing, that's totally fine, I think it also looks good :)

[Clarity]
The second image is a bit confusing regarding her posing now that I look at it, I also can't tell if what's coming out of her back is like antlers or branches or wings, that'd be a texture thing actually. Actually didn't even realize she had her back cut open until just now.

[Backgrounds]
They're alright. They don't draw much if any attention from the main part of the drawings (the characters) which is very good, still feel like they need more though. Especially with the first and third one, maybe it's the framing but my brain is telling me that where these characters are is important to what they're doing, like it's meant to provide plot to the drawing, but you can't tell where they are or what's even really there in the background which leaves them feeling a bit incomplete

You ask to point out what sticks out and is jarring and unpleasant and I cannot say anything does. I'm not sure there's enough to it for there to be anything jarring.

[Clothing]
You really went out there with the third drawing, good job, the first can get a pass clothing-wise I guess, but the other two? Maybe there's a story to be told with the basic and plain simplicity of the last outfit and I'm not really even sure the second is wearing anything, probably a skirt, and maybe the lack of attention to it is also intentional, but maybe it's also a sign that you aren't that experienced with clothes(?)

[Perspective]
The first image looks like you tried to have some perspective, making the legs closer to the camera, but didn't really manage to do it. I think perspective could help make some of these drawings a lot more interesting. Now, don't get me wrong, I also know nothing about perspective, but I think that they all have a lot of potential to look really cool with some nice perspective, but they don't have it.

Anyways, ignore the fact that for most of this I was pulling stuff out of my ass and a decent amount is personal preference, but basically:
I'm saying your drawings suck and you should think so too so you consider getting good (you got this!)
