Iv tried EVERYTHING literally. Iv tried dating apps for minors, joining clubs, waiting, literally everything! But I'm still single, so that led me to look into myself, I don't think I'm too ugly, I'm quite respectful, I'm not rude or sexual, I listen to others, and I try to be outgoing but iv gotten nowhere! Dose anyone know how to find a partner?

I'd say don't fixate too much on finding love right now but if you want advice, in my experience, I usually just talk to people first. I'm being so serious, my boyfriend and I only started talking in the first place because I sent him a dm on a random Saturday afternoon telling him. "you lowkey look like an unpeeled lime, on skibidi" and bam now we're in love.
tldr: be silly or something like that

it takes time, youre still young, dont stress to much about it. Youll find your person, nothing to worry about. theres really nothing more too it then making connections and figuring out what you want and need in a partner, patience is key. Goodluck dude, youll find em !

Ive been on a situation like yours and on my experience i can tell that just wait for it to happen, it doesn't mean you stop searching, just be patient and enjoy the process, even if u are ugly (that i dont think so) there is always someone, just enjoy the process, try to make a strong conection with someone or work on yourself, i like to think that working on myself, makes that the next person to know me, can see a better person that i am today
