Script writing

It's Sunday and I didn't leave bed until 3 pm. That's how most of my winter break has been. So I decided I needed to work on my script and keep myself active. I think it's okay for what it is, a short film with found footage. But the issue is why does this story need to be told? Am I doing it just to do it? How can I make this story matter. Give it purpose. I don't like the idea of me half-assing something. How can I get someone to click the video if they see it in their FYP.
