i need to rant about this game so far and my experience playing it because i need to get my hyperfixation out of my system.

THIS. GAME. IS SO. GOOD? what draws me back to it constantly is its unique style and the FUCKINGG MUSIC OHHH MY GOD THE MUSISC. mmgh

so...whst to talk about first

Jet set radio is a game made SOMETIMEEE in the 2000's i believe?? and was probably the first of its kind, with the cel shaded artstyle, and emphasis on combining sick ass rollerskating, and GRAFITI??? LIKE WHO DOES THAT. NOBODY DID THAT UNTIL THEY DID

You get to play as one of 3 (at the beginning) Beat (kid in the beginning of this blog) Gum, and Tab. They're in this Gang called the G's and just wanna get some rep for their gang, so they like,,, do graffiti everywhere and compete with other gangs

i havent gotten too far into the game, but some of the gangs they battled against are getting kidnapped for some fuckin' reason and it suckS!!!!!!!!!!!

also their dog (Pots) got stolen so they mad fr.

its such a unique game with such ICONIC music that i BET you've heard before!! though, most of the well known tracks are actually from the sequel.. Jet set radio future (JSRF).

- Humming the bassline (JSR)   iCONIC!!! most people recognize it from the very beginning if you havent heard this one ever, kill yoursel

- I love love you (JSRF)  MOST ppl recognize it at 0;50 so start there lmao, i ALWAYS heard this song but didn't know it came from jsrf for the LONGEST time.

-(Understand the ) Concept of love A LOT OF PPL I KNOW SAY THIS ONE IS WELL KNOWN BUT. TBH i did not. know abt this ever. still gonna put it here just in case. itz good i likey this song!

basically, even if JSR isnt a big franchise anymore, it incluenced SO MANY OTHER GAME TITLES. to name one i've actually played... BOMB RUSH CYBERFUNK is VERY inspired, and is actually what made me find out abt jsr in the first place lol, they look pretty similar and ALMOST play the same lol, (I DO PERFER BRC tho,,)

FUN GAME!!!!!!!! i wish it was more accessable to  most ppl, but i think BRC is a good alternative
