I JUST CAME TO THE CRAZIEST CONCLUSION.

2020 alt is literally emo 2000s.. just 20 years later.

its the SAME FUCKING THING.

theyre wearing all black, have their hair in their face, huge chunky boots, chains, character hats, chokers, shitty music, energy drinks, edgy humor, DIY patches and skulls, heavy bullying, its all there. like people bullied alt kids like they bullied emos in 2006. & u know what else made it the best? the fact we had to wear masks so we could cover our ENTIRE face instead of just our eyes. ultimate edge.

people say "wrist check", "tonight will be the night that i will fall for you/cut my life into pieces" and beat up alt kids.. it all connects. The alternative community.

2020 alt was HONESTLY the best emo comeback.of all time. all whilst still being it's own thing. i dont care what you guys say.

will we ever experience something like that again? who knows. maybe the newgens will. people our age just bully that, and look back at that, make fun of our younger selves. just like former emos/scenes do. it all happens, the same cycle, looking back at ourselves and laughing. but then realizing we actually kinda miss it. (or not)

But seriously, do you guys also see the connection??? if you guys read this you have to tell me i'm at least a LITTLE right..

but i'll be real...i dont think 2020 alt should come back anyway. it deserves to stay of a piece of history. in a good way and a bad way.
