I need noise cancelling headphones STAT!!1!1!1!!1!1!1!!1!1!2!1!!1!!1!2

I DEFFF need noise cancelling headphones, once I get my scholarship. I'll probably buy one, because almost EVERYTHING is sooo loud in my neighborhood, my family, new years celebration, motorcycles, aunties gossiping, people gossiping, kids fighting. IM LITERALLY GOING DEAF I SWEAR(⁠ノ⁠ಠ⁠益⁠ಠ⁠)⁠ノ⁠彡⁠┻⁠━⁠┻ BECAUSE I LITERALLY HAVE TO TURN MY PHONE UP NEARLY TO FULL MAX!!! Why does everything and everyone be so loud?? Especially my parents they almost always do karaoke at night when I'm trying to sleep. And don't get me started when it was the New years, motorcycles were literally making so much noise, I swear I wanna rip my EARS out everytime I remember the New years eve. Every. Single. Damn. TIME1?1!1!1?2!!.⁠·⁠´⁠¯⁠`⁠(⁠>⁠▂⁠<⁠)⁠´⁠¯⁠`⁠·⁠. that's why I'm immediately moving out my country once I have a stable income and a hefty saving, Anyway can y'all recommend me some good headphones?
