porcelain dolls

I love them so much!!! I shoulld probbly do more resarch on them because i dont kno alot :'(. but they r sooo pretty.

Just look at herrr!!!!! she doesn't look like the classic porceliain doll but OMGG i lobe her. shes 1200 dollas tho so i probably will never own her. but she is still cool. her arms might be made of wire?? the pictures on Arts&souls had her in the same possiton for all the photos n i think they would want to show of the articulation and her description said nothing about her arms just her outfit which is very pretty.

IDk what they r made of but thry r very cute. most of my favs have sold tho which makes sense. this one wasnt n shes only 250 so MAYBE i could ask for her for my birthday if shes still available n i still like her. tho shell probsbly sell because shes so pretty n cheap for these dolls.

i really love the fashion of them its impractical for real ppl but on dolls :000 it is FIREEEEEEEEE guh. its alot likr lolita fashion 2 me but different yk.

likd oughhhhh, diva. this one is actually pretty practal but it is still soooo pretty.

I HATEEE it when ppls paint over them. espcially old ones from thrift stores. they do not deserve to be turned into fart the clown just becuase uore a boring edgelord!!!! i saw someone like make a human cenipede out of one once n that made me less angry because like the parts r still intacted n i dont' knoe the process of making a new body but its probably easier than removing all that paint. it sucks too because sometimes the paint looks cool and gothy(mostly when its not based offa pre existing character but like they should have just bought cheap plastic or something!! its even worse when they ruin the dresses.

 from what ive seen the ones from the 1800's tend to have tiny heads n look goofy as hell i love them sooo much they are very precious .  i still like the normal(for the dolls) sized head better though just becasue the detail.
