2015 tech

So due to modern technology (my macbook that I sold a lot of my stuff for to afford it) betraying me, I had to massively downgrade.

I now am using a 2015 thinkpad, my 2014 macbook that I originally planned on replaying with the new one... but I never got rid of it, so yeah, it's back to work... Or more like youtube and internet, cause it can't handle anything else anymore.

Also that macbook is turning 10 on 10.01.2025 (dd/mm/yyyy cause I don't do the stupid american way)

My thinkpad is doing great tho. I am not kidding, for the fact that it was released 10 years ago, it's doing great!.

Also started using my 3ds more again, which also is 10 or turning 10 this year, I don't remember honestly. I either bought it in september 2014 or 25. But I hacked it and now am ... getting games a different way. But considering that the 3ds store is no longer working, I ain't stealing from Nintendo anyway. Not like they are still selling Nintendogs anymore, so they ain't losing any money.

Also started a new animal crossing new leaf island. I didn't delete my old one tho, I just downloaded the game (I paid twice for the game, Nintendo got no bussiness complaining about me pirating it the third time). But I ain't gonna religiously play it this time, it's just to relax.

Other games are Wild world, nintendogs, asphalt and the stuff I used to play on my ds/dsi that I couldn't play in years, cause my cards broke.

also cause games I always wanted to play as a kid, but never had the money to. Turned out alot of them suck tho. Not even kidding. you telling me cooking mama is really just that??? Damn, good that I did not waste 30 Euro on that back in 2010.

Honestly, 2025 tech is so much better than new stuff. No forced subscriptions. No 1000+ programs you don't need and can't delete. No urge to buy some expensive 60 Euro game, cause it won't run on the thinkpad anyway.

Really just a 10/10 experience. 

Those devices and I go so far back at this point, they've been with me for almost half my life now.

(my macbook charger broke tho, for the second time. Had to buy another one... again. Only con)
