i hate getting overstimulated. i hate it i hate it i hate it!!!!!!! it causes me to get frustrated and agitated and then next thing i know im kinda lashing out at my friends over little things. i know it’s something i should fix and im trying to, but i can’t help it. once everyone starts talking at the same time or there’s just too much going on, i get too overstimulated and suddenly everything is stressing me out. something happened yesterday where i was a little overwhelmed and it had probably made me look upset to him. i do regret it, because i think i could’ve handled it much better and calmer. i just had to take time to myself to calm down — i just hope he wasn’t too upset at me for it. i will be working on controlling my emotions better from now on though!
