IT'S THE NEW YEAR WOOHOOO 2025 OR WAS IT 2015 WHERE AM I!
i guess you can say its....been a year....since ive seen yall....haha.........[large nukes start flying towards my location]
ANYWAYS!
The month of December was tough, there was my finals in the beginning of the month, and then i went out of town for another week! due to being occupied i drew less this month! ;;;
BUT! ALL IS WELL!!!!!!!!!! im so excited for this new year, im really happy that it's 2025 for some reason. i am usually not like this! i have a lot of belief in 2025 for some reason!

practiced a bit of fujimotos artwork, made me notice i should make the faces i draw more round [cause usually i draw very sharp and structured faces, i cant help it i have a square face shape...wdym people can have soft features what....so i forget to draw them fkjhdgdf]close-ups!
i have a friend who wears a hijab, and i was showing her my previous drawings and there were drawings of ceyda in her underwear smoking because, dduuuuuhhhhhhhh of course there is! I GET TO CHOOSE WHAT I DRAW AND IT WILL BE CEYDA SMOKING IN UNDERWEAR! but she was like so cool! you always draw girls who arent covered. and a part of me thought, you're right! mostly bc i like drawing bodies lolol theyre so fun, but i wanted to draw something to represent her too so i drew her :33333333333 also to show that i can! i forget that i can, too. but isnt she super cute? :D I CAN DO ANYTHING ! not really

i genuinely dont remember making the thing above ? found it in between papers of new drawings....like hello guy.....i think i made you? how did you get here.....this surprisingly happens more often than youd think!
MY LITTLE MONSTER CREATURE RAMBLE!
heres something i made with acryclic paint markers a few days ago!
i used to draw creatures and humanoid creatures a lot!!!!!! so much so that when my friends would describe my art, they said i 'drew creatures' instead of anything else! now, i am insanely rusty. ;; i cant draw them like i used to! i even had a doomed yuri story about a girl who transforms into a creature at night/during specific times, and had her best friend [who was in love with her] leave everything behind to help her! even if it meant hurting others...i tried drawing her above, but i used to draw her way better, this is too humane! :O i need ot practice creatures again! i should show some old onesi went out of my way to go and find an old creature i drew before :DDDD
how sweet and gentle his eyes are! i still love how the paint looks! i made this when i was ? 15 ? i was gonna turn 16 that year! continued making creatures throughout 16! 
15, nearly 16 year old me holding a creature painting :]]]] i view younger pictures of me like im looking at someone else that's younger, like that's younger me holding something they made up :D isnt that sweet? not cause it's me specifically, but cause of the idea itself ! i never understood people who cringe/are harsh to their younger selves. that's literally some kid! what're you? a kid-bully? you bully kids huh? how lame...OH MY GOSH I NEARLY FORGOT TO INCLUDE AN UNFINISHED CHEAP PAINTING I DID THIS MONTH!
arent they cute! :DDDD i meant to make the one with teeth scary but gave him beady dark brownish black eyes and i thought wait he's sweet now ;;;;; little beady eyes! this is unfinished though, and i will most likely not finish it anytime soon i dont have my hands on paint, these were from a cheap activity event i went to and they had really cheap paint, it was fun! very thin paint though, that's why his mouth looks weird lolol
maybe you guys dont know, did you know my original passion was painting things? :D like specifically i was a creature and person painter, i didnt draw them but painted them by hand! now i draw traditionally but havent painted in ages! here are some self portraits from then :]]] when i was 16 ! 2021 -2022 
i remember i told my mom it was a self portrait and she was like youre not ugly though? and i thought thanks mom but also 😭😭😭😭😭 SHE IS VERY BEAUTIFUL TO ME!!!!!!
and here is another :3333333 this one was meant to represent the fact that i am a combination of everything and everyone surrounding me! i am made up of those in my life ! OH and i got to hang this one and my other paintings up at a school gallery event! how fun! the teacher who made all this happen is the one i mention in the heroes section of my profile lololol Ms.P i miss you bbg

if you look closely you can see the words "HOLY HOLY" in bright yellow highlighter!

this drawing is unfinished though, i think it will look even cooler and a lot better with black ink!

I am curious as to if anything stood out to you guys!!!!! if you had any favorites! cause these are all just the usual stuff for me, yknow? i wonder about others perspectives, is there a pattern in art i have that i havent noticed? what stands out? i am unsure! :3
BUT! i think i lately wanna step away from making little-but-a-lot and make better detailed good things!
dont get me wrong, im happy i am making things to begin with! before these, i struggled to make stuff and even if i did, i couldnt track what i even made cause i was all over the place! i draw on loose leaf carstock a lot. my bad! so i struggled to keep track of anything i did!
at the time, id look back at the month and go, did i even make anything? can i even call myself an artist?
Now, I am making things and i have proven to myself that i make things! now, it's time to Make A Thing. Something Larger! That is my goal this year!

BUT HEY IT IS WHAT IT IS!!!! sometimes you look back on old you and go Dear Lord dkjfgdg

It was a tight competition, don't get me wrong but you have prevailed. Hmmm I kinda want to get back to writing but i also want to write a nice comment. Choices, choices. I wasn't in a flow state anyway, essay incoming!!
Honestly I giggle a bit whenever you reference Greep. Finally, you get me on this. Like My uncle once jokingly said something like "who's the Thief that stole my food?" And my first thought was "THIEF THIEF AND YOU LED THE MOB, YOUR TORCHES LIT UP THE SQUARE" from motorbike, it's horrible ISCARIOT...
Smiling uncontrollably finding the greep references rn. So far there's Holy, Holy twice and then the std line then the magician. AHH STOP! I CANT CATCH THEM ALL!! I'm tweaking out. There's so many.
Okay my favorites. All the greep ones ofc the fujimoto ones too, the hijab one, I can't say I've ever drawn someone in a hijab. Sorry I just don't draw often enough but like that takes skill, fabric is tough to draw especially fabric on like people. Because I do the classic oversized t shirt trick and I had a character who wore a scarf... fuuuccckkk thhhaattttt no wayyy and that was only around his neck. So props to you for that!! I also like the teto ones. Cool Character frfr. My bluesky oomf can't stop posting about teto. That last painting is lovely too.
Also is Ceyda canonically a greep fan??
I'm gonna do that thing where I draw jnstead of tweeting. Twitter my beloved. Hate musk but like Twitter posting is so fun. And I do need to draw again... uhhh but now the problem isn't me it's that I can't buy supplies! Oh darn! What a real shame... well, guess no drawing from me. Ignore the fact that my sketchbook has ample pages and I have ample lead. What?? What?? Nothing?? I didn't say anything about sketchbooks?? I was talking about sketches in Spain by miles Davis!
Also it's cool that you don't hate your younger self! I don't anymore. I used to but like I see my younger self the way i see Holden from Catcher in the rye. Like that one really old tiktok sound where its like "ugh leave me alone. Qiehrhebeveeh MY BABY!!" because like I hate the way I thought and acted and shit but at the same time it was mostly out of confusion and like i wasn't terrible just really cringe. Same with Holden, poor guy.
Anyway thank you for gracing me with your art, always a pleasure. I actually do need to write unfortunately. Dammit and I found out I didn't have time tomorrow as I was reaching the end of this comment. Frick my stupid chud baka life! YOU have an amazing day though.
