I think I love the idea of sharing thoughts on blogs to strangers on the internet tbh, so. A lot of people say isolation is bad, right? In one of the books i've read (Yes I read, don't play!! đŸ¤“), it mentions how a man went into isolation as an experiment, and came out incredibly traumatized, forgetting how to socialize, and eventually isolating himself again out of his own will because it brought a sense of comfort to him. (Psychology 50 Ideas Unpacked, Isolation) So I thought, hell, i isolate myself all the time, I close my door, and stay inside most of the time, with barely any socialization, but I'm an okay person. I think its your mindset about it. If you find comfort in isolation, you could learn to grow and develop extremely well without any fear of people judging you or embarrassment, practice self care better, focus on yourself, etc. You can find out plenty things about your own mind , and understand your emotions better. But if you have the mindset that you're actually "alone" and that you *feel** alone, you'll probably be depressed and dissociate from reality. But hey, I'm kind of in the middle. I dissociate all of the time, but i'm perfectly happy scrolling thru pinterest nd online shopping!! Thank you for reading, all other thoughts welcome, xoxo, Sarah.
